Use your existing boards, with the QR codes added as labels (choose the size which suits the available space), adding the codes either one-by-one as you take on new stock or as a big-bang update. As you order new boards, you can include space for the codes, or even order boards from one of our manufacturer partners which will apply them at the printing stage!

Potential buyers reach the property information within seconds, meaning more are likely to visit the property particulars, and your website generally. More buyers viewing the information = more offers on the property!

RealQR codes link to our “propertydetails.com” web address, which is also shown at the bottom of the code labels, so anyone who wants to scan the QR code knows they’re not being scammed
Fair pricing
Access to our platform is free, and we only charge you for the codes which are active, so you’re not paying for service which you don’t get the benefit of (e.g. the signs sitting in storage, awaiting your next instruction!)
Re-usable codes
Each pair of RealQR codes (one for each side of the board) is made of hard-wearing plastic material, and will last as long as the board they’re applied to. When you sell the property, simply move the board to the new property, link the code again with the app, and the RealQR code takes potential buyers to the property details
Easy to link
Our system has been designed to be as simple as possible to operate – the app links the QR code on the board to the property’s details in 3 simple steps:
- scan the code on the board
- find the property on your website (the in-app browser takes you there, so there’s no need to leave the app)
- press the “link” button!
Analysis
Our solution shows you how many scans each board has had and when, so you know how effective the codes are in different locations and for different property types (you can include details on property type and bedroom number when linking the code). Show me the data!
Data Law Compliant
Potential buyers are increasingly cautious about the sharing of their personal data online – we collect no data other than their IP address or device ID, and we delete that data immediately, so that we add no additional data protection liability to your operations. Once the buyer is on your site, you can request their details to arrange a viewing etc as you choose, and that information will be conveniently on your system and not ours.
